NYU (US)—Physicists have observed for the first time two distinct “hot spots” that appear to be showering Earth with an excess of cosmic rays. The discovery calls into question nearly a century of understanding about galactic magnetic fields near our solar system, and suggests the possibility that an unknown source or magnetic effect could be responsible.

For nearly seven years scientists from more than a dozen institutions, including New York University, used the Milagro Gamma Ray Observatory to peer into the sky above the northern hemisphere. The observatory, located at Los Alamos National Lab in New Mexico, is unique in that it allows around-the-clock monitoring of the entire sky above the northern hemisphere. Because of its design and field of view, Milagro was able to record more than 200 billion cosmic-ray collisions with the Earth’s atmosphere.
Cosmic rays are high-energy particles that move through our galaxy from distant sources. Cosmic rays’ origins are unknown, but scientists have theorized they might originate from supernovae, from quasars, or from less-understood or yet-to-be-discovered sources within the universe. However, because cosmic rays are charged particles, magnetic fields from the Milky Way and our solar system change the flight paths of the particles so much that researchers had not been able to pinpoint their exact origin. Consequently, traditional wisdom has held that no localized area of excess of cosmic rays should appear in the sky.
The Milagro observations have allowed researchers for the first time to see statistical peaks in the number of events originating from specific regions of the sky near the constellation Orion. Researchers say the emergence of several highly active hot spots—one near the constellation Taurus and another in a comma-shaped region near the constellation Gemini—raises the possibility that an unknown source or magnetic effect near our solar system is responsible for these observations.

First of all the cosmic rays do not become particles until they interact with another magnetic field or medium. Please note that the interstellar medium, elementary particles, are created from colliding magnetic fronts, see pair production. I would say these cosmic hot spots may increase in size, strength and possibly new ones will be detected. Nibiru will not be near us in 2012 and if it was it has nothing to do with these cosmic ray hot spots. High energetic cosmic rays come from super active stars like supernova not planets.
In my opinion, the source of these cosmic rays come from the large young stars that fill up the region called the bulge surrounding the galactic center. If the cosmic rays are not particles until they interact then explains why the particle interactions are observed in concentration where the matter in the galaxy resides, along the galactic equator. See Fermi images. It also explains why there are newly forming cosmic hot spots forming just outside our solar system. The cosmic rays are only reaching our solar system now because we are entering the dark rift, an opening in the stars between us and the galactic bulge. If the waves perpetuate silently, like light, from the source until they interact then explains why their origin can not be determined. The sun produces a magnetic field that prevents us from detecting the origin.
This idea actually explains why Saturn’s outer rings are younger than the inner ones. New medium is created at the extents of the planets magnetic equator and as the area increases so does the distance where new medium is produced, again see pair production. Logically then the Kuiper’s belt makes up the newest material in our solar system and is growing over time. Yes, I know this is conjecture to existing theories, but it does fit observations.

Look at meteor showers, comets. For example,..where are meteor showers coming from?
Geminids, which you can see in the mid of December, are exactly coming from area, where you could see Nibiru on Autumn these years. Taurids are coming from area, where you could see Nibiru during Springs. There also Orionids, Perseids, where you could see Nibiru during Sumers or Winters. Actually all meteor showers are going from quadrants what are circa direction Orion and from opposite direction-Sagitarius,%u2026

Sources of cosmic rays (protons, Helium nukleis,…) according official science can’t be more distant then 3000LY from us. It is very unprobable, that there are only two independent sources of cosmic rays on the whole sky, what are some black, holes, neutron stars, or any other similar object what are accelerating cosmic rays direct toward us,). Milky way galaxy nuklei is other direction, the most active planet. nebulaes in Orion are also in other direction. Hot spots close Castor and Polux so also represent object what is moving toward us circa in plane of Ecliptic, with shifts of smaller parts of spots what represents opposite yearly motion of our Earth on its orbit.
Results are two hot spots next to Orion what are projections of coming Nibiru during spring and autumn equinoxes, represent also distance of Nibiru from us circa 1,5 billions km,…like Saturn from us,..so it means arrival of Nibiru to perihelia in 3 years, in 2012!
