This is amazing...I wonder if aging reversal will happen during my lifetime or my kids'. We sure are in an exciting time as far as science goes and science advances.

This article is definetly an opener for an honest look into diets that are creating havoc of chronic inflamation, of unneccesary degrees. As Alan above stated, I too have changed my life and diet 10 months ago, went Paleo and I would like to slap every physician whoever treated me since I can remember. I dealt with allergies, skin afflictions, asthma, aches and pains from old injuries, anxiety since my 30's, high bloodpressure, high bad cholesterol, the list goes on and all was treated with various drugs at my expense in every sense of the word.
In less than 2 weeks being Paleo or Primal I realized doctors were killing me slowly, all symptoms subsided that plagued me since childhood. I look and feel 25 yrs younger, my cardiologist who is a friend as well is astounded by the results(i will not slap him, lol). I no longer take any meds, my HDL on meds were 43 mg on meds, trigs were 138, LDL 141, off meds HDL 106, trigs 67 and LDL the same, BP before hovered around 130/90 and above. I have exercised since childhood and never felt awesome, but prodded myself forward in spite. After studying Mark Sisson- Primal Blueprint and Dr.William Davis-Wheat belly i will never ever go back. I exercised so differently now with no gym, but with nature and the great outdoors. So to sum it up, go primal and look and feel like a kid again with awesome energy.

I think the other elephant in the room not being addressed is diet. Overwhelming evidence shows that grains cause extreme oxidative damage in the body. I believe intermittent calorie restriction coupled with elimination of all grains will allow the body to deal with any oxidative damage on its own without the need of supplemental antioxidants.

Recent research suggests oxidation is beneficial to cell regrowth during limb regeneration in lizards. There was also another recent study linking consumption of antioxidants (or rather a dip in oxidation) caused more tumours rather than reduced them. Both of these studies results seem to line up with SIRT3's results suggesting a balance of antioxidants is critical to a healthy life style.

Sorry would normally link sources but on a tablet, don't trust me without sources ;)
