I would like to know more about the process of detecting cancer cells. My plan for the future is to work with mems; directed towards the usage against cancer.  Could you please point me in the direction of several journals, and maybe an important textbook; intended for a more detailed understanding of how to detect cancer cells?

I do have a bachelor’s degree in biology; so something intermediate to expert will be manageable to understand.
