blogs I stumbleupon every day. It's always exciting to read through content from other writers and practice something from their web sites.

An intriguing discussion is worth comment. I believe that you should publish more about this issue, it may not be a taboo matter but typically folks don't talk about these topics. To the next! Kind regards!!

Well, it’s amazing. The miracle has been done. Well done. The specific bacterial RNA genes amplified from each sample, which were obtained from each body site of each individual, were “tagged” during the PCR step with a sample-specific DNA barcode developed by Knight’s group. This allowed the team to pool hundreds of samples together prior to a single sequencing “run,” reducing the cost and increasing the speed of the work.

My other reading indicates to me that 70% of us humans is actually non-human (bacterial) !
Do we know the variation of this ratio in various parts of the body ?
I understand that at birth the fetus does not have bacterial content in the digestive tract, but quickly gains the bacterial content. Is this true for other body organs ?
The posibility that we are a vehicle for genetic evolution for the bacteria is very interesting to ponder !!!

I would be interested in knowing if there was a difference between nostrils. Specifically, the use of Swine Flu vaccine injected into each nostril using the same syringe. Would this cause transplant of different bacteria to similar sites? Would there be any difference due to this possible transfer?
