		<description>Interestingly over the last few years I&#039;ve noted the following: Warmer weather overall - it&#039;s evident in my winter gas bills. Then of course there&#039;s the increased precipitation in spring causing massive flooding. 

Then there&#039;s winter last year, or the lack of winter.</description>
