		<description>If this is the case for Parkfield on a micro-scale, then what is the forecast for the western U.S. and Canada given the incessant tremblors in California signifying greatly increased plate movements or fault weakening? 

Also is there any evidence to suggest that the circular pattern of quakes encircling Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana signifies an uptick in the magmatic activity underneath these long dormant volcanoes and westward expansion of the California Coastline?</description>

		<description>As far as I know, it&#039;s better to have small earthquakes spread over some time, or the stresses build up and end in a really huge earthquake which may cause untold damage</description>
